Church of Holy Mother in Wo這min
| Erection of the church of Holy Mother from Cz瘰tochowa was started in 1908 and finished in 1914. Inhabitants of Wo這min started their endeavours to have a chapel even earlier in 1904. Under the act of Archbishop from Cracow of 1.0.1924 a new Wo這min parish was founded out of the mother parish in Koby趾a. The first parish priest was Jan Golendzinowski. The temple was built in Neo-Ghotic style with one nave. In 1944, the Germans blew the church up. It was restored in the 50s according to the design of Stanis章w Marzy雟ki. Two additional towers were built. Mahogany altar dates back to 1920 and a picture of Holly Mother coming from the middle of 19th century was donated to the parish in the 50s by the National
Museum. |

Holy Trinity Church in Koby趾a
Trinity church, which is designed in the late baroque style by the Italian architect Guido Antonio Longhi. His work was continued and ended after his living to Venice by the Warsaw architect, Jakub Fontana. The original appearance of the church has been changed after several redecorating and rebuilding works and the main of them was destroying monastery rooms above the aisles. The church in the shape of rectangle has got two towers from the north, one nave with three spans and two aisles. The nave is connected with the semicircle chancel, behind which are the vestry and treasury and this whole part of church is decorated with golden angels figures, which are made by wood-carvers. The walls, ceiling of the choirs and the fonts on both sides of the church are decorated in the rococo style. The gorgeous wall-paintings are presented the biblical scenes: the adoration of Jesus Christ and the homage of shepherds, Holy Trinity above which we can see angels and four evangelists, the adoration of Eucharist and the figures of Saints. Beside the church there is the presbytery, which was build at the beginning of this century and the vicarage. This marvellous architectonic masterpiece is situated on the centre of the town, which has an unusual shape of triangle and where is also the chapel building in commemoration of the war in 1920.
