Wearing was very popular till XIXc. There were many looms in homes those days.
Pottery was common occupation, but it was different in different places.
Newarby Przyrow and Wasosz there was mostly glazing pottery
Nearby Mstow, Przyrow, Klobuck - green pottery
Nearby Koniecpol, Lelow, Szczekociny - grey pottery
Pottery was raely of decorated. There was only one way of decoration: engraving.
Dashes, lines and dots were made by thin, sharp rod just on fetch, wet surface of pottery.
People made a whistles which was formed in different shapes e.g.: cock, cat, horse etc.
Smithery - the smiths made agricultural equipment, sometimes - locks etc. They serviced to coopers, carpenters and made such objects as waysides or cementary crosses with wrought peatals.
Wicker-work - wicker-works was made of different material: osier , jumpers roots, pine, strow, oalis shovings. Mainly they made baskets for bread, carts and even shoes. In village Kozieglowy people used rices straw to make objects which was used in every day life. They made kind "puppet theatre" and stars using wicker-work.
Sculpture. In those days they made mostly sacred sculptures. Sculpture expressed artistic and spiritual needs of people. Spiritual life was close connected with real life. People belived that sculpture of particular saint protected against particular disaster. Eg:
Saint Florian - against fire - his sculptured was situated in the centre of settlement
Saint John Nepomucen - against flood
Saint Mikolaj - against woolfs
